You can choose to pay by check or money order, too. We will ship your order out promptly upon receipt of payment. Please mail your payment to the address noted below.

Warranty and Returns Policy:
Warranties & Defects:
All products we sell come with a manufacturer’s warranty and defects will usually be replaced by our business. Warranty information is always included with the item, or feel free to contact us for specific information.
Satisfaction Guarantee:
All our products come with a 30 day satisfaction guarantee! We want you to be pleased with your purchase. If you do not believe that what you bought from us is working for you, we will replace, exchange the item or give you a refund, as you choose.
Returns:
Should a return be necessary, please click here for Return Authorization information before you return an item. We will need your original Order Number with your return request. Also, please let us know the reason for the return.

Policy on Shipping Charges for Returns:
1.) If an item fails due to a manufacturer defect within 30 days of arriving to you, we will credit your shipping costs when it is shipped back to us. Plus, we will pay for the shipping back to you of the replacement item.
2.) For all other return circumstances, return shipping charges will be the customer’s responsibility.
3.) We recommend that all returns be insured, trackable and shipped the most economical method possible. Important note: we cannot be responsible for crediting or replacing an item that we do not receive.
Shipping & Ordering Information
We strive to offer the lowest shipping prices possible and offer several shipping options that you may select upon checkout.
We primarily ship U.S. Priority Mail. We have found it to be the best value going to get your order to you within 3 – 5 days. We also offer UPS shipping options.
Most orders are shipped within 24 hours of when you place it. The exceptions are Sunday or major holidays since we are not able to ship these days.
You will receive an email notification of your order shortly after you place your order.
Should we experience a temporary out-of-stock situation or backorder problem, we will notify you promptly.
International Orders
We can and do ship many items Internationally.
To insure the best tracking and insurance coverage on orders shipping out of the USA, we offer only UPS shipping options to all countries. (We offer Air Mail Parcel Post only to Canada.)
Further, there may be some countries we cannot ship some items to. Call for any questions.
We will advise you of this situation as well.
